Established in Jakarta on 15 October 2014 and initiated by Dr. Amir Syamsudin, S.H., M.H., Minister of Law and Human Rights for United Indonesia Cabinet II 2011-2014, and authorized by the Indonesian Ministry of Law and Human Rights No. PAS.7-PK.01.08.03-613 and No. 001 / SCF / PKS / V / 2015.

Providing continuous training, coaching and mentoring to promote inmates independence
